Engineers without Borders (EWB-USA) links engineering professionals and students with communities in the developing world to design and implement beneficial, long-term, sustainable solutions.
The people in our organzation are all volunteer engineers and other professionals who devote their time and energy to design and fund these projects.
In addition to international efforts, we are committed to local efforts by working with high school and college students. We often work with the Rice University EWB chapter, as well as the EWB-JSC chapter at NASA.
To promote sustainable engineering, we develop seminars for the engineering professional, allowing them to earn continuing education credits while learning about the technologies that we use with our target communities.
